Domaine des Herbauges is one of the TOP estates in Muscadet, making some of the region’s best since 1864, with the fourth generation, Jérôme Choblet, crafting the wines. This is from a SINGLE PLOT, and vines up to 70 YEARS OLD, all aged for a whopping 14 months on the lees to build that textural richness, and classic Muscadet BITE on the finish. GET ME OYSTERS, STAT!
