We do everything we can to make dreams come true. But! Do it quick, the winery had barely enough to sell us! This is somehow like Christmas in a bottle — all the good bits, anyways, and none of the congested shopping malls, boorish relatives, and shoddy sock-giving aspects. No, no, no! This is 100% HO, HO, HO – with soul-warming spicecake, and blackberry crumble, then cloves, toasty brioche, black cherry compote, and bruleed brown sugar bits…just WOW! All the richness and warmth you generally expect from a Paso Robles Cabernet, but drinking in its prime form despite its young age. This is designed to be – and I quote – “Radically Drinkable” and boy howdy, does this ever deliver on that front! Not a hard edge in sight, just harmonious, juicy goodness that coats the tongue, all while colossally over-delivering flavors considering this wicked-awesome price. I mean, 93 POINTS! Cali-Cab priced anywhere NEAR this is Rhodes Scholar rare – and destined to fly like Dumbo on Red Bull. In fact, ya know what?
